How do you mitigate the inherent conflict between Conservatives, Moderates, Liberals, and Libertarians in one organization and still allow it to stand as one organization?

A:

Bullheaded partisanship has done that for us.  Those who have joined the Coffee Party acknowledge that Washington is broken as a result of gridlock inducing spawned in large part by partisanship. Transcending partisanship is about meeting each other as fellow Americans so we can work together without concern for party politics.

The millions Americans who have been unemployed or underemployed at different times over the past few years come from different political and cultural backgrounds.  There is an inclusiveness and a diversity in the people impacted by the corrupted political process, and, we are now seeing that inclusiveness and diversity among those who are ready to speak truth to power, with an awareness of the root causes of our collective suffering.
